Yehudis Stokes is a Registered Nurse, and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Yehudis offers compassionate, individualized counselling and psychotherapy services to adults.

Yehudis specializes in the following areas: Complex and Developmental Trauma and Dissociation, Selective Mutism, Grief and Loss, Severe and Complex Eating Disorders, Ethical Issues and Conflicts, Parenting/ Caregiving Individuals with Trauma, Advanced Medical Disease and Chronic Health Concerns, and Professional Artists/Dancers and Elite Athletes. 

Yehudis is accepting new clients for virtual or phone sessions.

Summary

Sarah Terwilligar & Associates - Counselling & Psychotherapy offers individual, couple and family counselling to children, youth, and adults. In addition to this, we also offer consultation to other professionals and supervision to other counsellors. 

We have several Registered Psychotherapist and Social Workers who work with issues such as; ADHD, behavioural issues, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, abuse, relationship issues, stress, sadness, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, unhappiness, grief, and prenatal and postpartum depression, anxiety and stressors.
