Anxiety and low self-esteem controlling your life? I can help! I help youth and adults heal from disordered eating, anxiety and self-esteem issues. If your loved one is not ready or willing to access therapy, I can still help! I have specialized training in the field of eating disorders (FBT & EFFT). Parent-based sessions are an evidence-based option for those with loved ones who are not yet ready for therapy.
