Description
I provide virtual and in-person counselling in downtown Toronto for adults who have experienced relational trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or the end of significant relationships. These experiences can impact mental health and future interactions, leading to feelings of loneliness, low self-esteem, and trust issues. In our sessions, we'll create a safe therapeutic environment focused on self-compassion and inner work. This approach helps you understand concepts of safety and self-regulation, empowering you to transform you are relationships through a deep sense of understanding of the self.
