Description
I am accepting new clients. If you are going through a difficult time in your life right now, I believe counselling can help. My counselling is a person centered approach in which my goal is to create a confidential and safe place where you can share your struggles and vent your emotions and frustrations. I have over 18 years experience in counselling work and during my career I have worked within the Canadian Armed Forces, the Correctional Service of Canada and Youth Corrections. I have specialized training in the areas of grief, marriage issues, drug and alcohol abuse and addiction.
