Description
As a therapist, Tiffany values growth, resiliency and creativity and strives to support her clients with their inner growth, feeling grounded and reconnecting with themselves through the use of creative art-making. She believes everyone should be encouraged to have creative tools for self-reflection, self-regulating and self-expression. Tiffany’s approach to therapy comes from combining two disciplines: art and psychology by using lines, colours, shapes, and symbolic imagery to create a helpful way to make sense of feelings that are difficult to talk about.
