Description
I am passionate about helping people who are struggling in their everyday lives to recover and regain their mental health. To encourage personal growth and resilience, I intend to work collaboratively with clients to help them help themselves. This includes identifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and maladaptive behaviours, looking at the impact on feelings, identifying core beliefs, and using positive approaches that accentuates strengths. My approach to therapy is an integrative therapy approach catered to each client’s needs.
