Shelby is a Registered Psychotherapist, she holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Shelby is passionate about working with grief and anxiety; however, also enjoys working with a variety of presenting concerns that impact your attention and wellness. Shelby uses a variety of modalities including but not limited to Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Client Centred Approach. She strongly believes that therapeutic rapport is very important to client success. Shelby is eager to hear your collection of life experiences and support your complexities
