I love being able to meet others and share in their stories and experiences. I am passionate about helping others access their own strengths to overcome the challenges that come along with life. I feel honoured that I get to work with you in such a meaningful way, and help you access strategies that will help you live your life the way that makes you most happy. I specialize in working with youth, young adults and those within the BIPOC community, supporting in the areas of anxiety, trauma, self esteem, relationships (romantic/peer/family), work and school stressors and emotion management.
