Description

As a mental health professional for the past two decades, I believe in a collaborative client-centered approach and provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space for clients. 
I am best described as an integrative psychotherapist. I techniques I use include CBT, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Humanistic approach,  Mindfulness based approaches,  relaxation exercises as required during the course of therapy.
I have international exposure to best practices in the field of mental health and have worked with children, youth, adults, and families.

Summary

The clients I work with are often experiencing patterns of emotional hurt in their lives and may be unable to see their positive qualities, criticize themselves easily, or have trouble asserting themselves and speaking their minds. I also work with clients struggling with trauma,  abuse, or neglect which affect their present-day life. I practice a client-centered and collaborative approach to reach therapy goals. 

Psychotherapy helps in promoting mental wellness and it’s important to understand that a diagnosis of mental illness is not the only reason to seek therapy.
