I work to create a safe, non-judgemental space where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship. Taking the next steps toward seeking counselling can be overwhelming, and a strive to make the process as seamless and comfortable as possible. I utilize various therapeutic interventions, and believe it is important to work collaboratively to meet your needs and goals. I have experience working with adults, adolescents, youth and couples for various presenting problems. No matter what challenges life has thrown your way, I look forward to working together.
