Couples, families, and individuals – I thrive to create safe space for exploring growth in different communication factors such as love languages, expressing own thoughts comfortably, expressing intimacy, address issues and distress, and explore differences amongst the couple. I advocate for creating an empathic non-judgemental safe space for you to be your authentic self and collaboratively explore growth. I respect the self within the relationship including one’s wounds and endeavour this within my practice. I am also passionate about your reconnecting with your inner child to feel at peace

A private practice ran by Sara Khalaf MA. MSc. RP(Qualifying). Provides couples, families, and individual psychotherapy and counselling services. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Our therapeutic approach is an integrative therapeutic modality where the treatment plan is catered to each client in order to best serve the client's need and interest.
