My approach is empathetic, supportive, encouraging, and I incorporate these aspects through a variety of psychological approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), among others. My areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and depression. I am dedicated to providing high quality care to all of my clients.
