My approach to counselling/psychotherapy is multicultural, systemic, non-directive, person-centred and strength based. Some of the issues that I work with are couple, premarital, anxiety and depression, trauma, life transitions, parenting issues, women issues, self-esteem, grief & bereavement, special needs and Christian counselling. I have a non-anxious presence and will help you to take ownership of your therapeutic journey while partnering with you.
