Description
I am a registered counsellor from Hong Kong and I practice in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My interest in becoming a counsellor came from my experience of witnessing a close family member suffering from schizophrenia, along with my own struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, abusive family and relationships. I specialize in helping clients heal from traumatic or distressing experiences, primarily by utilizing Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Lifespan Integration. My counselling approach is also grounded in somatic psychology, polyvagal and Ego States theory, CBT and ACT.
