I embrace and encourage change in my clients. I strongly believe that every individual possesses the strength they need to foster the change required for healing. I presently have over eight years of experience working with children, youth, families, and caregivers who are experiencing developmental disabilities such as autism, ADHD, FASD, and others. I also have experience working with individuals and families experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship conflicts and grief.
