Description

In my work, I encourage inclusivity, trust, choice, and empowerment through a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens. I believe in a holistic approach to well-being, where we tend to our mind, body and spirit.

I strive to create a collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore parts of yourself and your hopes and goals for positive change. I emphasize the importance of exploring your social location, meaning the parts of your identity such as gender, race, sexuality, religion, ethnicity and how they intersect creating both empowerment and oppression.
