Description
Welcome! I'm Sara, I support individuals and teens in navigating life’s complexities with compassion and care. My focus is working with relationship challenges, exploring gender and sexual identity, managing anxiety, adjusting to life transitions, and traumatic brain injuries. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of attachment and authenticity, I create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and foster personal growth. I hope to empower you in developing greater self-awareness, meaningful connections and see you to your goals.
