Description

I'm dedicated to providing clients with a safe, nonjudgemental and collaborative space. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and coping skills to produce positive change in clients lives. I strive to help my clients recognize and utilize their own strengths, and to help them achieve their full potential. I value a Mindfulness CBT, EFT, solution-focused, narrative lens. Regardless of the methodologies I hold value in, I ultimately believe in supporting the needs of individual clients and creating a treatment plan suited to you.
