Description
For 25 years I have supported children, individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges. Using evidence-based methods, we will uncover core beliefs that keep you stuck and develop skills to forge ahead. Together we will create a treatment plan that is client-driven, supportive, and goal oriented. My skill set combines my experience as a psychotherapist and a 20-year career in childcare and education, parenting four children, caring for aging parents, and navigating a 30-year marriage.
