When things are hard, staying steady takes a tremendous amount of energy and finding a way out may feel impossible. My goal is to assist you through these challenges.

As a therapist, I want to collaborate with you; to understand what you have tried already, and access your unique strengths. I specialize in working with couples and individuals.

Summary

We are a group mental health practice, with a team of recognized, experienced, dedicated, passionate, down-to-earth, and highly trained mental health therapists. 

Located in the heart of Galt - in Cambridge, Ontario - we work with clients in the Region of Waterloo in-person. 

We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions. 

Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we are here to help you get "unstuck" when life's challenges seem to get in the way.
