I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of life, while achieving emotional wellness. My 16 years of combined experience as an elementary and high school teacher also gives me insight into the specific challenges faced by adolescents, and the ability to help them through difficulties. My approach to therapy is client-centred, rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect for each person as an individual, while being cognizant that each person is a part of a complex social system.

We are a group mental health practice, with a team of recognized, experienced, dedicated, passionate, down-to-earth, and highly trained mental health therapists. Located in the heart of Galt - in Cambridge, Ontario - we work with clients in the Region of Waterloo in-person. We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions. Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we are here to help you get "unstuck" when life's challenges seem to get in the way.
