Taking the first step to seeking out support can be challenging but creating a space where you can feel comfortable in exploring what is happening for you is my first priority. My approach to therapy is grounded in an understanding that we all have the inherent capacity to move through the challenges we face. I like to foster an environment where I lead with compassion and curiosity, while we explore parts of self you would like to grow or move through. I work authentically, while incorporating therapeutic understandings and skills to best support your hopes.

We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions.
