I am passionate about working with individuals, families, and couples from various ethnicities, genders and sexualities. Your therapy is about you, first and foremost my goal is to provide a therapeutic space to talk in a way that makes you feel empowered and valued. I believe we all have a collection of stories that need to be told and some may want to be rewritten. As a relational and systemic therapist, we will work together to learn more about who you hope to be in life and what supports we can strengthen to move towards your goals.

We are a group mental health practice, with a team of recognized, experienced, dedicated, passionate, down-to-earth, and highly trained mental health therapists. Located in the heart of Galt - in Cambridge, Ontario - we work with clients in the Region of Waterloo in-person. We also work with clients across the province of Ontario through secure online video sessions. Whatever situation you may find yourself in, we are here to help you get "unstuck" when life's challenges seem to get in the way.
