Joanna is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a Registered Psychotherapist as well as a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I have spent the last 25 years working in the social and human services sector after completing an education tailored to the work I was doing: Honours BA in Exceptionality in Human Learning and Women's and Gender Studies along with a minor in Professional Writing and Communications.
