I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about providing mental health services to those in the community. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, stress/burnout, and more. I believe in the importance of walking alongside clients as they start their journey of growth - that's why I tailor sessions to meet your individual needs and goals.
