I'm Tasia (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with lived experience of mental health challenges. I offer a respectful, affirming space using neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming language. My integrative approach combines narrative, person-centred, and emotion-focused therapies, allowing me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. Rainbowcounselling is a 2SLGBTQ+ Affirming Counselling practice which supports folks all over Ontario, Canada. We value anti-oppressive and trauma informed approaches to counselling. We hold space for everyone, regardless if you're questioning, out to some, not out at all, not wanting to come out, or just have family/friends in the community that you want to be able to feel comfortable sharing about! We currently only practice virtually and offer sliding scale options with our intern therapists.
