I help people struggling with anger, anxiety, stress, and out-of-control feelings. Whether you are feeling the physical effects of anger and anxiety, the constant emotional toll of these experiences, relationship challenges relateds, or struggling with difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours I can help. 

I use a practical approach grounded in evidence-based psychotherapies to help people reduce overwhelm and re-establish balance, calm, and ease. I am passionate about giving people specific and practical skills that they can use right away to start reducing stress and make life easier.
