Description
NO WAIT LIST. I’m glad you’re here! If you’ve come across my page, chances are you’re feeling stuck in some part of your life. I work with adults, teens, and pre-teens to cope with change, communicate needs in relationships, and develop skills to manage stress at work or school. Clients, including culturally diverse/racialized communities, come to me for support with anxiety, anger, depression, and ADHD. I teach practical tools through ACT, CBT, and SFBT, so clients can feel unburdened and work toward wellness. If you’re looking for help, I’m here. Let’s work through it together!
