In my practice, I aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, anger, depression, stress, OCD, ADHD, and trauma. Additionally, holding a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I specialize in sport performance and psychology. I integrate different techniques, from CBT, DBT, to ACT. I hope to be able to support you through life's challenges.
