Description
I practice from an emotion focused approach and work primarily with young adults and adults. Common reasons people may see me are for depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal/relationship concerns and career and life transitions. I have over 20 years’ experience supporting people with managing life and career transitions. Empathy and curiosity are two qualities I will use as I listen to your story. Together we will learn, explore and figure out a way forward. I have a genuine desire to help you find fulfillment, define purpose, enhance well-being and live your best life.
