Description
Known for my authenticity and diplomacy, I employ keen observation, careful diagnostics, patience and creativity. I bring with me a calm, trauma-informed demeanor, coupled with a toolkit of mental health strategies. I am profoundly aware of the positive impact empowerment, hope and transformation contribute to stability and healing. Committed to lifelong learning my approach to counselling has burgeoned to include: meditation, mindfulness practice, breath-work, art expression, movement and somatic methodology.
