My name is  Kurina (she/her), a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-c).
 In my practice, I enjoy working with children & youth but also offer my services to adults. 
I incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities, including Play therapy, Art therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, and Gestalt therapy. 
Starting therapy takes courage and signifies an important change in life. I provide a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space for clients. Healing from trauma and supporting mental well-being is a continuous journey.
