In our sessions, I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic therapies to help you understand your thought patterns and personal history, and to find practical strategies for overcoming challenges. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. In our first session, we'll identify your needs and expectations for therapy. I offer sessions in FRENCH only.
