Description
My practice focuses on treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues and grief and loss. I also offer lifestyle counselling for stress, insomnia and weight management. I believe with support, and the appropriate interventions, we can find improvements or solutions to a wide variety of problems. I am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Solution-Focused Therapist. I am also trained in EMDR designed to address more traumatic memories and Internal Family Systems an integrative approach that explores the multiplicity of our mind.
