Euphy Chiu has over 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. Her areas of focus include depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), stress management, trauma, relationship issues, transition in life, adolescent issues, parenting, ADHD, pre-marital and marital counselling. Euphy's therapeutic models include ACT, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, SFBT, EFT and Motivational Interview (MI), etc. With a person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed perspective, she offers a safe environment for you to explore and navigate your way out of difficult situations.
