Hi! I’m Denise. My approach to counselling comes from a place of compassion and life experience. My specialties are Divorce and Grief therapy for kids (4+), teens and adults & Couples Counselling (in-person and online). I know how difficult it is to open up to others, but sometimes, we just can’t navigate the challenging and complex parts of life alone. Experiencing a death or loss, separation or divorce can be gut-wrenching; I know because I've been there. No matter your circumstances, together, we will get you through the ups and downs & everything in between.
