Description
As a multi-culturally sensitive therapist, I often work with clients who feel overwhelmed or stuck, like there are no options. They might feel misunderstood or unsupported in areas of their lives. They're interested in bettering their lives. I work with adolescents & adults navigating work, family, stress, relationships, depression or anxiety, & family cultural trauma. Connecting back to a state of love, wholeness and centeredness is my hope for our work together; & that you feel understood. I am 2SLGBTQ+ affirming & Chinese Canadian. Mindfulness-based, somatic, mind-body, & talk therapy.
