With over 10 years of working in mental health and counselling fields I've developed a therapist's toolkit of psychological assessments, extensive knowledge of mental health issues, and a holistic mix of therapeutic modalities. My practice flows from an eclectic framework, drawing from mindfulness, CBT, ACT, positive psychology, narrative, feminist theory, and multicultural counselling perspectives. Providing a buffet of options for you to draw from creates a more tailored approach to quickly meet your individualized counselling goals and needs.
