Description
My name is Lauren Sims and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I believe that all individuals have the ability within themselves to heal and achieve mental and emotional wellness. However, I acknowledge that sometimes it can be challenging to do this alone. I aim to work collaboratively with clients to explore their challenges and to create a plan that concentrates on specific concerns. Focus areas with clients: Abuse, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family conflict, life transitions, OCD, perfectionism, relationship issues, self-esteem, shame & guilt, stress and trauma.
