Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples who struggle with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, insomnia, grief and loss, relationship issues, acculturation issues, and transitions through difficult circumstances. I have received advanced training in prenatal and postpartum care and have supported many women through their transition into motherhood. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Gottman Therapy.
