Paitra has practiced psychotherapy in a number of clinical settings such as brain injury rehabilitation clinics, hospitals, mental health institutions, inpatient addiction, inpatient concurrent disorders, addiction treatment centers, and group homes. She specializes in working with individuals with addiction, acquired brain injury (concussions & stroke), infertility, pregnancy, postpartum depression, trauma, and overall personal growth. She draws primarily on Emotional-Focused (EFT), Self-Compassion, Mindfulness-Based approaches and Trauma Informed techniques.
