Nadia has a special interest in helping clients cope with chronic pain, mood disorders, addiction, criminal justice involvement, trauma, and general life stressors and transitions She believes in the importance of tailoring treatment to each unique client based on their experiences, concerns, and goals. Nadia uses a trauma-informed and holistic approach while incorporating other techniques such as Emotion-Focused (EFT), Mindfulness-Based, Strength-Based, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She believes in the importance of self-awareness.
