My approach is compassionate, integrative and mindful. Each story is different but equally important, so I am a true believer in the idea that most of us could benefit from the counselling process. We take care of the body to nourish or train it, we care for the mind to educate or feed it with knowledge, and we should also care for the soul to create space for selfcare and foster authentic connections.
