Welcome to my profile! I am so glad you're here. Approaching therapy can be intimidating, so congrats on taking the first step! My name is Sean and I am a registered Psychotherapist. I offer individual, couples and family counselling both in-person in Georgetown and virtually across Ontario. I specialise in working with neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, OCD, PTSD, etc) individuals with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, etc. I work with children (7+), teens and adults. I am also a certified couples therapist! I offer free 20 minute consultations.
