Description
My counselling experience include working with children, pre-teens, teens, adults and couples. I take an eclectic approach, including CBT, SFBT, ACT, EFT, narrative and psychodynamic amongst other modalities to meet the clients where they are. I focus on clients struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work stress, ADHD, autism, twice exceptional and grief diagnosis. I practice with the consciousness of intersectionality and work within a socially sensitive and culturally responsive framework, always aware of impacts and effects of trauma.
