Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, eating disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My approach is centered on creating a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment to allow individuals to explore their goals, values, and strengths, and identify barriers that are causing distress in life. I view client concerns through a trauma-informed lens to help clients shift their narrative of "what's wrong with me?" to "this is what has happened to me". I offer phone or virtual sessions.
