Description
Therapy typically involves 50 minute weekly sessions, with a gradual shift to biweekly or as-needed sessions. As a person-centered therapist I bear in mind that no two people are exactly alike, and craft approaches to treatment that incorporate concrete strategies for symptom relief and also allow for deeper exploration, drawing from different approaches.
