Provider information
Description
Providing Psychotherapy services in-person in central Ottawa and online across Ontario. I specialize in anxiety, complex trauma, depression, and self-esteem. Throughout therapy, I focus on helping you learn about yourself. This may be done using a wide range of techniques, but often my sessions are like a relaxed conversation where we investigate areas you find curious or troublesome. By doing so we can create a more integrated understanding of why some problems or patterns persist, and what gets in the way of achieving the change you want.
