Description
As someone who has experienced numerous challenges and major life transitions, I know this thing we call 'life' can be hard to navigate. My personal experiences, and my journey through them, are what pulled me towards my second career in Psychotherapy. You may have felt these same emotions or others, however your situation is as unique as you are and there is no one-size-fits-all. I would be honoured to be able to walk beside you, to work through your concerns towards your specific goals, implementing your values and beliefs.
