Description
For over two decades I have been dedicated to exploring mental health and counselling. I have been in the role of client and counsellor and know the deep, life changing work that can happen within this dynamic. I have found that people come to counseling at different stages in their lives for a whole host of reasons. Regardless of what is making you consider counseling at this time I want to assure you that you are not alone. Together we will work to draw out your natural and learned strengths, and tap into your inner wisdom to help move through this difficult season of your life.
