Description

Anxiety, depression, fear, regret, disappointment, guilt, grief. These can feel like ending up in the loneliest places possible. But while your experience is yours alone, you are not alone. I would be honoured to work together and discover what comes next for you.

You might be feeling your story is changing, maybe you've just experienced the whole plot unravelling. Sometimes it seems the world keeps turning while you are struggling and you just need someone to listen, help you slow it all down and and figure out a plan. What is hurting you now is what will help you write the rest.
